As a stylist and Manager at the Cost Cutters on Monona Drive I want to apologize to anyone who has not experienced the ulimate customer service or quality they deserve. Unfortunalty we have been experiencing turn over but I asure you our stylists are doing the best job they can to insure your visit here it a positive, enlightening experience. I have top notch stylists with years of experience. Again I apoligize but sometimes good people have bad days too. But I assure you that you will recieve the best quality and customer service you deserve.

This is the only Cost Cutters in Madison that I will go to. I've been to at least 3 others and always regretted going. I have an easy hair cut and the other locations never could do what I asked the first time. This location has always been consistent for the last 3 years. Autumn and Christine are the best.
